About the EVPCOO · Responsible for the financial, administrative, physical, technological, and operational infrastructure of the university, Amy Sebring leads these areas in partnership with the President's executive team to support Virginia Tech's teaching, research, and outreach missions.
What We Do
University Operations supports the enabling infrastructure that equips Virginia Tech to focus on its land grant mission: education, research, and outreach. Integral to this mission and the university’s success are its people, processes, and resources.
Aligned with the university’s Beyond Boundaries strategic plan, the University is focused on optimizing efficiency and effectiveness of administrative functions to ensure alignment of personnel, physical campus, and fiscal resources and processes.
